Fog

I´m going to speak about my experience with fog.
I know fog is not considered like a Natural Disaster, but in my opinion, sometimes it can cause important damages.
I remember a fantastic sunny snowy day that I was getting on the chair lift very happy, but suddenly,
while we were reaching the top of the mountain, the valley was covered in shroud in mist.
When we arrived I almost got killed getting off the chair lift. The worst thing of all was that we had to go down the hill skiing, and we didn´t see anything. At that moment a group of instructors was sent to look for us and help us, but it was very dangerous.
I´ve been plagued by the memory of that horrifying day.

All the best.

Curious nature phenomenon “THE FLOG”. I really would like to know what the hell is THE FLOG. I’ve been looking at Wikipedia, asking people, etc… and nobody knows what THE FLOG is. Porca miseria!!!!
Could be the phenomenon you have described THE FOG (without L)??????
Hughs from Il Kommentatore ;-)

In fact I think the correct form is "make mistakes"!!!

You may be right! Fog may appear all of a suddent and cause unexpected disasters even though it is not considered a natural disaster.

Here are my comments to your language:

I WOULD NOT USE THE ARTICLE THE IN FRONT OF FOG, BECAUSE YOU REFER TO FOG IN GENERAL. SO I'D SAY "FOG"

- I know (0) fog is not considerED like a Natural Disaster,

-I remEMBER a fantastic sunNy, snowY day

-the valley was (0) shrou(0)d in mist. (SHROUDED MEANS COVERED, SO IT'S REDUNDANT HERE)

-I almost got killed getting ofF

-AT that moment the ski resort sent...

-a group of instructors in search of help us, (THIS IS NOT CLEAR. I THINK YOUMEAN: "a group of instructors WAS SENT TO LOOK FOR US AND help us"...

-I was plagued by the memory of that horrifying day. (IF YOU TALK ABOUT MEMORIES YOU SHOULD SAY: I HAVE BEEN ...

I've been in a similar situation, when I was skiing in "La Molina", suddenly, a storm came over us and we couldn't see nothing, we had to go down very slow till we reached the bottom of the track, where we stayed in a bar until the fog had gone.
